Why we built it
The founders run NEMT and rideshare fleets in Minnesota, so RideWise was designed around the same week we live: dispatching, driving and billing all at once. Most of what is on the market today is either a rideshare app with medical features bolted on, or an enterprise system priced and built for brokers running dozens of contracts. RideWise is built for the owner operator who runs the board themselves.

Dispatch board and ride lifecycle
Pending, assigned, in progress and completed, tracked on one board. Handles multi-leg trips and recurring rides without re-entering them.
Client facility portal
Clinics and group homes submit and track their own rides. CSV import and API keys support facilities that already run their own systems.
Driver portal on the phone
Today's rides, turn by turn handoff and GPS pings, right in the browser. Drivers upload documents from their phone, no app store install.
Live fleet and alerts
A map of every active ride, with off route and speeding alerts. Driver scorecards and rider and driver ratings build a record over time.
Compliance built in
A document vault tracks licence, MVR, DOT medical card, NetStudy and training, with expiry reminders. A compliance gate stops dispatching a non-compliant driver unless an admin overrides it with a recorded reason.
Billing exports
Monthly client invoices generate as PDF automatically. Export templates feed your existing claims process, with built-in claims submission coming later.

Your data lives in United States data centers and is encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign a business associate agreement with every customer.
